Getting back on track this week!
Just took a little detour, pitstop… back on the road!
Weighed in this morning at 166.3. Now that I am feeling better I plan to get back to the gym by going slowly, then increasing time and activity. My appetite still isn’t great but I plan to have some grilled chicken for dinner and some fruit.
I’m also vouching to start taking easy to nosh on fruits with me to classes....
Being sick sucks. So much. I'm forgetting what it...
But at the same time I get winded from walking to class. Can’t really do anything about that right now. just need to rest!

school has started up again and I’ve been getting back on track.
except now i’m very sick and can barely sit through class. so no gym this week, not until i feel 110% better!
